The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website is JNS Sp. z o.o., based in Łódź, Poland.
02. What data we process
The scope of data depends on how you use the website. Through the contact form, we may receive in particular:
- full name,
- company name,
- business email address,
- contact telephone number,
- selected enquiry topic,
- information voluntarily provided in the additional notes field,
- information about the required consent related to handling the enquiry and, if selected, voluntary marketing consent.
When you use the website, the server may also process standard technical data necessary to deliver the service, such as IP address, request date and time, browser type and diagnostic information recorded in server logs.
03. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Data provided with an enquiry is used primarily to respond, contact you about the requested service and determine potential next steps. If the contact leads to a contract or service relationship, the data may be processed further to the extent necessary to manage that relationship.
